Account and Registration
- When you register as a member or a guest on the site, you are required to:
- Provide true, accurate and complete contact information and identification details
- Submit any form of authentication as required by WAW PET as part of the registration process
- Never engage in false or fraudulent activity in connection with the use of the Site.
Electronic Communications
When you use WAW PET, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including, but not limited to, emails, texts messages, and newsletters. You can retain copies of these communications for your records and you agree that all legal documents and communication that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Payment Methods
WAW PET offers buyers the option to pay for items on the site either online through PayPal or Cash on Delivery.
Delivery of Orders
Inside Beirut, orders require 1 to 3 working days to be delivered after order confirmation.
Outside Beirut, orders require 1 – 5 working days to be delivered after order confirmation.
Buyer Protection
WAW PET ensure buyers that their purchase is protected against fraud.
If a buyer has purchased an item through WAW PET and never received it, the buyer will be reimbursed by WAW PET the value of the item only. To be eligible for a buyer protection, the buyer needs to file a complaint with WAW PET after three days of the promised delivery date.
If the item hasn’t been received, within three days from the effective receiving date due to a Force Majeure, WAW PET has the right to extend the delivery time for 5 working days after the original promised delivery date.

To access your account or make a transaction on the Site, you must enter your username and password.
