At WAW Pet, we currently do not offer returns. However, exchanges are available for defective products.

To request an exchange, please submit your claim within 5 days of receiving your order.

Refund Policy
Refunds are only provided if the product is out of stock. In such cases, the refund will be processed within 24 hours of the transaction date.

Order Delivery
Orders within Beirut will be delivered within 1-3 working days.
For orders outside Beirut, delivery will take 5-7 working days.
